Participation:

Presentation: English will be the workshop language during working sessions. Other languages will be welcome during all other social events and activities. All presenters either for oral or poster presentation must be registered before the beginning of the event. Oral presentations will have a duration of 15 minutes, including the Q&A session (12 minutes + 3 minutes). Posters must be printed in format A0 (1189 mm of height and 841 mm of width). Material will be provided to hang the posters. There will be two competitions for the Best Presentation and for the Best Poster, with the winner(s) announced on the second day of the meeting.

Abstract preparation, submission and publication: The extended abstracts must be uploaded exclusively in pdf format. The contributions will be reviewed and selected by the Scientific Committee for oral/poster presentations. The extended abstracts will be published in an e-book, and are limited to 2 pages. When preparing your abstract, please use the templates.

Airports: Lisbon or Oporto International Airport have regular plane trips for every European and Main World Capital.

Metro: Oporto and Lisbon metro have stations at the airport with trains into the city, to the railway station and bus terminal.

• Lisbon: Metro red line from Airport to Oriente Railway Station/ Oriente Bus Station (Rede Expresso, FlixBus);
• Porto: Metro line E -purple  which runs straight from the Airport to Campanhã Railway Station and Bus Intermodal Station (this is by far the cheapest and quickest way to get to the city and to the railway station).

Railway Station/Bus (Rede Expresso, FlixBus): Every half an hour/hour there are connections between Lisbon and Figueira or Coimbra (110 min) and Oporto and Figueira or Coimbra (1 hour).
